When we joined SKY last year we were given No-ads free until 10.2.27. This worked fine until recently when we are now no longer able to fast forward through ads. Why is this happening and how can it be resolved?

Thanks mikealanr for your suggestion. We have rebooted the puck and it now seems to be working correctly. 👍

Re: No ads not working on STV player playback
Hi @KW58
Sky don't provide No Ads they provide ad skipping.
There is a Skip Ads button on Sky content and you can fast forward on certain other apps as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/ad-skipping-sky-glass

Re: No ads not working on STV player playback
Thank you mikealanr - it is ad skipping we have on our product until 10.02.27. My apologies for using wrong terminology.

Re: No ads not working on STV player playback
Hi @KW58
So have you tried restarting your puck in the first instance (Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart).
Can you describe what's happening when you are trying to fast forward? I take it it's working ok on other apps and content?

Re: No ads not working on STV player playback
Apparently STV player is the problem, the F/F function on Stream isn't working at present. ITVX is fine though, so you can use that where appropriate.
