Sky Puck Connected to Wrong Wifi on Set Up

Hi, on set up i connection my Sky puck to the wrong wifi and now its trying to update software through a wifi that has no connection (its a dead wifi). Any ideas please?

Reset the network connection from the settings menu, then choose the correct WiFi to connect to, or turn WiFi off, connect to your router via ethernet to do the software update, then connect to the correct WiFi.

If you can get to settings try resetting the network. If not you will have to reset the whole puck by holding down the button underneath when powering on as described in step 4 on this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
