No UHD on F1 Race day

I have UHD subscription and on F1 qualifying I can watch fine but on race day only get HD option . Only had sky stream a couple of months and it has worked in the past but the last two races it's missing.

That's odd because I'm watching on  Sky Sports F1 UHD now so there's definitely nothing wrong with the channel. I'd suggest rebooting your Puck first and if that doesn't work, check your HDMI connection and settings because there could have been a handshake issue. If the Puck doesn't handshake correctly with the TV, it could cause HDCP to fail and not display the channel

Thanks for the reply , on the F1 channel it normally gives the option , however I just realised it's only showing on the Main event channel in UHD and only selecting in the TV guide can I watch it. Wonder why the option disappears on race day ? But 3rd world problems as they say lol

That's odd because on my Stream EPG, Sky Sports F1 UHD is on channel 406 whereas the HD version is right down on 902...

Yeah mine has been replaced on the normal channel number for well over a year though oddly if I click the channel from the Home Screen it goes to the hd channel then
