No Sky TV June 7th 2025

Internet connection and speed fine and showing on settings as excellent WI-FI connection unable to acccess and Sky TV channels. I've turned off puck re entered password but still keep getting  'Let's try that again press home to refresh connection. My postcode is WA3. I'd be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks

If you're able, maybe try using an ethernet cable to connect Stream to your router. Ethernet provides a more stable connection.
