No Sky Spotts Main event., so no live golf

No channels 401 to 405. What's hone wrong please.  I have rebooted the Sky puck, TV and router.

@Golfnut2   When you say no channels 401 to 405, did you have them previously?  Do you have 406 onwards?  What is on the screen, can you see the channels are there but can't access them?  More information would be appreciated.

Those channels are all there and working.

 

I know you have rebooted.

Can you try a Puck settings restart.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
