No IP address found

Im trying to connect my Sky TV via an ethernet cable rather than WiFi. I've switched WiFi off on the box. 

 

I then click on Connect via Ethernet cable.

 

It then says Obtaining IP address. 

 

But after a minute or so I then get a message:

No IP address found

If IP address is disabled on your router , you'll need to enable this before continuing 

 

Any ideas how I can solve this?

Reboot your router @rtmulligan and then try again.

Check to see if you have DHCP within your router settings. Needs to be enabled.
