Went over to Sky streaming TV in December, but the system is completely awful.
It takes forever to turn on, it's counterintuituve to use, and I constantly experience problems with sound being out of sync by several seconds. Will Sky allow me to change to a non-streaming system?

I can't see any details of the pricing of the other system - is there abig difference?

Also, can I suggest you go to settings > Startup and standby and make sure Networked standby mode is turned on as this stops the puck losing connection to your network when it goes into standby. I have also turned off overnight power saving.
The issue you have mentioned with lip sync is a known problem which Sky have been working on for some time. An update to fix the issue has just started rolling out so will hopefully be resolved for everyone by the end of the month. I got the update a couple of days ago and have not seen any lip sync since I received it.
Good luck 😀
