New sky stream remote won’t open
Just received my new sky stream box. Quite disappointing as I can't get the remote to work. I tried opening it as per instructions but it won't open

Re: New sky stream remote won’t open
Hi @MillyB
They can be very tight at first. There have been a number of recommendations over the years such as wear marigolds or lie the remote button side down on a cushon or carpet. You should eventually be able to work it loose.
