New sky plus strwaming box worked the 1st time and now doesnt

Hello i need help...new sky plus box. Worked when set it up now it wont work unless i unplug it then the sky logo comes on but then goes back to not connected...

@Clare013  You've posted i  the Sky Stream forum but posted it's a Sky plus box, which box do you actually have, Sky+, Sky Q or Sky Stream?

 

These are 3 different systems.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
