New puck set up

I received a new puck today and all seemed to be going well after I forced it to do a software update but now it won't let me enter my PIN. I've entered the PIN used on everythingelse I have for Sky and it says it's wrong then it asked me to enter the last four numbers of my streaming account and it says I'm putting in the wrong numbers when I know I'm not. Is there another option before I put it back on it's box and return it in digust?

When you set up Sky Glass and Sky Stream, you need to enter your Sky TV PIN. This should be the last 4 digits of the mobile number you used when you ordered. You can change the PIN during setup.

Changed your mobile number since then? You'll still need to use the last 4 digits of the mobile number you gave when you ordered
