New box has not been delivered

Upgraded last weekend , told one working day for box to be be delivered, 5 days later nothing arrived

@Cjbend  What does your order tracking telll you?   https://www.sky.com/ordertracking    As customers here we have no access to your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you received any email from DPD saying they have your package and are/were planning on delivering it?
