Found a small bug. 

when you are on BBC1 and go to the tv guide option by press via the channel rather than taking you to the guide beginning at 101 it takes you to where the BBC1 regional channel is in the 900s

I agree mostly, however I find the live TV navigation easy to use, just tried it, seems intuitive to me, managed to get back to EPG easily (answered a previous question I posted about) add then get back to live tv, although I did not use this feature much on the old OS so can't compare.

My home tabs are lightning fast, overall the whole interface is sooooo much more responsive than the older OS, as big thumbs up from me. 

So far it seems much more stable than the previous OS, I've had no issues with lagging, bugs and crashes so far, a big plus.

One thing I have found is that my recordings had over 600 hours of recordings on there already.  I can only deduce the new OS converted any eligible items on my wishlist to recordings as I had whole series recorded and loads on the scheduled fit recording, so I had to delete all of these manually.

It would be good if on first startup of the new OS after upgrade from old OS, a prompt is displayed either to allow user what items from the watchlist to convert to recordings and future scheduling, or a simpler prompt asking if you wish your entire watchlist to be converted to recordings (yes/no)?

Overall I find SkyOS 2.0 a vast improvement. Obviously there are some niggles as you'd expect in a Beta. 
One of them I just came across... been watching The Wargame. When credits roll at the end of an episode you get the pop up message with two buttons 'continue watching' and 'next episode'. 

This can be slightly confusing. If both buttons are here to stay I'd re-label the first one to 'watch credits'.  Or alternatively revert to what we had before: just one button to move to next episode.

From the early days of the platform Sky were touting there was 1000 hours of cloud recording capabilities available for users, however there was absolutely no way to identify which shows you had as cloud recordings and which were just links to on-demand playback.

Now in 2.0 you not only get to see what is a cloud recording, but as you get the ability to add individual episodes to your library, rather than only having the option to add an entire show, it also means having the ability to remove individual episodes from the cloud recording library as well.

Hi All,

I've just recently taken delivery of my Sky Stream puck, previously I had Sky Q. I understand that streaming is the way things are going, however i'm currently in two minds about Stream at the moment.

Having seen that there is a new OS in the pipeline, I was wondering if anyone knows when it's likely to be rolled out?  Also, is it a big improvement over OS 1.3?

I've had this happen on the os 1.3, so I think it's a sky issue.

tho if you add to watch list in the stream app, start watching there and go back to the stream/glass it shows up.

@KevNewMedia  Hi you asked for feedback on the new OS beta , all of my pucks have now updated successfully but a couple  will not turn on after not being used overnight . All the settings are good - white light flashes on the puck sky logo comes in screen - then nothing , looks to me like it may be trying to reinstall the os on each startup .. Apart from that once you get used to the new layout I quite like it .

Hi why are the sky sports logos  on the left hand side 7 channels 401/407 when you select sports channels need superman vision to read them far too small

Episode tracking can be a bit hit and miss. Recorded 'The Dukes Of Hazzard' (childhood memories) off Legend. Watched an episode and nothing showed up in cw rail. Watched another and still nothing. 

So in order to watch the next episode I'll have to dive into 'my library', then into

'recordings' and then find the next episode. 

Same happened with Bake Off on C4 last Tuesday

Subtitles are a pain. You can't just easily click subtitles on and off anymore. You have to go all the way to accessibility settings.

Not sure if it is just me, but the picture looks incredibly sharp for the football on ITV compared to what it was, either ITV have increased bit rate or the new software is upgrading the picture

• OMG this 2.0 software it totall and utterly useless, Won't play any F1 in UHD, I have commentary but a blank green picture, can not set up any favourites channels, My Library tab says something went wrong and does nothing, my puck it now pretty much useless, how do I get rid of this total pile if junk, sick to the back teeth if thus rubbish.
