Re: New Sky OS 2.0
Feedback!
We had 3 playlist profiles (now watchlists). One for me, my wife, and a shared one. We now have an extra useless shared one. We cant edit or remove this profile, or any of the others for that matter!
Am I Scrappy Doo forever?

Re: Sky stream os 2.0
Hi @KevvyC1974 , As KevNewMedia (Sky's Community Manager) stated in his post 524, the roll out to Beta Testers will conclude early October, so there is still time in which you may be included,

Re: New Sky OS 2.0
Apparently it can be anytime to be honest with you. All depends on who Sky chooses really

Re: New Sky OS 2.0
The option to 'Watch From The Start' has been removed tonight. I use this often on SSN to catch the headlines. Hopefully this will be added again.
I am also counting down the days until the Favourites are reintroduced later in the trial. Who knew having to press three numbers instead of one would become so troubling!
As commented by others I would love to see an option where we can edit/delete our 'Continue Watching' area. I have some shows on here that I watched parts of month ago and never went back to. Makes me twitchy seeing them still sat there!
I imagine further into testing the switching between Play/Watch lists will become less cumbersome.
Interesting process to be part of!

Re: New Sky OS 2.0
Is there a way to put my self on the list of "interested"? or will Sky just choose randomly?

Re: New Sky OS 2.0
@itsthatja Sky issued an invitation a few weeks back but the beta is now closed. The forum is the best place to find future opportunities.

Re: New Sky OS
I'm experiencing an issue with new OS where it is asking for my PIN as it says I've had 3 failed attempts when I've not even attempted to put on in

@KevNewMedia wrote:Hi everyone
Thanks for everyone's continued use and feedback on the new Sky OS; we are continuing to monitor the feedback on an ongoing basis.
For those asking to join the trial, unfortunately, we are not adding any more trialists at this stage. We are in the final stage of rollout to those who did sign up for the trial, with the rollout due to complete in early October.
Can you be more specific as nothing seems to have changed since the launch despite multiple notifications of issues. The live UHD issue I referenced in my previous reply is particularly annoying given that we pay for it specifically.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0
Issue noticed on Saturday.
Saturday lunchtime, I went to watch F1 qualifying I had recorded, got a black screen after selection with a message "technical faulty had occurred". Tried several times, same error, tried live TV, same error on every channel, switched puck off.
Went to try my other puck to see if it was a general error, everything worked just fine, no error on that puck, watched my recorded qualifying on this puck.
Tried other puck layer that day, it worked fine.
- I can only assume a firmware/software bug must of caused the error.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0
I've noticed this a few times now
I'll watch an episode on a streaming service, for example episode 6 of Neagley on Amazon Prime.
The next day go to Recents and select Neagley from the list, it plays episode 6 again, from the start/beginning.
