New Sky OS 2.0

Well that's a shame. I saw the ability to pair bluetooth devices to the puck and thought this meant I could pair an audio device such as headphones. Seems it's only for game controllers. Would be a nice thing to have, so you could listen to the TV at nighttime without disturbing other people.

As Stream pucks don't have a volume control it would not work, thats why most TV's have bluetooth and/or headphone options

Hi when we are strolling tho the tv guide it be nice to be able to click a channel and stay on the tv guide like the old O.S and to have the favourites channels on the tv guide is this going to be added thank you

It's on the list 😉. Beta long way to go still in development just keep testing and informing the team. Could be months yet until stable and ready for public release.

You should scrolling down the menu also see a Sky 2 tiled rail that points to the help..

Sky have confirmed that the features below, which have been raised in the forum as currently not available on the new Sky OS, will be available later in the trial:

• UHD button on Sports Channels.
• Favourite Channels in the TV Guide.
• Browsing Channels while watching content.
• Customising Subtitles.

After a couple of days using 2.0 it should be top priority that the option to delete programmes from the Continue Watching rail is introduced. Since starting the 2.0 trial on Glass there are programmes appearing on that rail that I finished watching months ago. Going to the final episode and fast forwarding through it is not deleting them either.

Given this has been asked for time and time again since the launch of Glass it beggars belief that it hasn't yet been introduced. You can change the way it looks all you want but it's just rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic!

I 100% agree with this.

This function needs introducing asap, as well as the Continue Watching that are displayed actually staying there and not disapearring from time to time as also happens.
