Re: New Customer

Hi @ChrisNash1  - you're talking to other Sky customers on this forum, rather than Sky themselves.

If you either download & log into the MySky app on your phone or table, or access the same via http://www.sky.com/MySky, you should be able to see exactly what you've ordered.

As you've ordered Sky Stream, under Your Content Packs will be your subscribed TV content;

  • Sky Essentials
  • Netflix Standard with Ads (included in the price of Sky Essentials)
  • Sky Sports
  • TNT Sports
  • Discovery basic is included but won't be listed (it will come under Sky Marketplace). Discovery including sports is a paid for extra via Sky Marketplace (someone correct me if I'm wrong on this, I'm not a sports viewer/subscriber!)

Under Your Home Setup should be:

  • Sky Stream puck
  • Whole Home (to cover using more than one Sky device & also Sky Go)

Amazon Prime & Apple TV+ are also via Sky Marketplace or can be subscribed to & billed for seperately from Sky.

If you've ordered Whole Home in order to watch your Sky subscription content on more than one TV, have you ordered an extras Sky Stream puck for each of the additional TVs you want to watch Sky on over and above your first? If not, you can order additional Sky Pucks under Your Home Setup on MySky (likely to be a £39.95 one off setup fee for each)

Sky Glass & Stream Puck customer w/Sky Entertainments & Netflix, Sky Cinema, Whole Home & UHD/Dolby Atmos add-on.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Hi @ChrisNash1

We are fellow subscribers here on the community not Sky customer services.

You can check your order on the email sent to you or via my Sky. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

Multiscreen is for Sky Q, on Stream it is whole home. The £12 fee covers you monthly but you need to order the amount of pucks you need. You can do this in my Sky once set up. £39.99 fee applies.

If you have ordered a single Sky Stream puck then you are free to move that puck between rooms in your home and connect it to any TV. If you want to have a puck permanently attached to each individual TV in your home then you need to add the Whole Home package to your subscription. This comes with an additional monthly charge. You normally get one additional puck loaned to you for free when you take out the Whole Home subscription. Any additional pucks you require for additional TVs come with a £39.95 activation fee. All pucks are loaned to you for the duration of your subscription and must be returned to Sky if you choose not to renew your subscription.

Please note that each puck you have in your home must have access to a fast and stable broadband connection in order to operate.
