New Customer Deals

Moving house (where I cant have dish) so need to move to Stream from Q

Seen a deal online of £66/m and waived £39.99 set-up fee

Rententions team said  the best they can offer is £80/m and £39.99 will need to be paid

This is a joke - surely they should be price matching new customer deals

Any suggestions for ways round this?

There's no obligation for a subscription television provider or ISP to do so: that's only required in limited areas of the insurance market as regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Re: New Customer Deals

You get a new customer deal when you join Sky ... they exist the attract new subscribers😉

You could always cancel Sky ... hopefully you are not at the start of an 18 month minimum term discount deal🤔
