What kind of TV is it? What Sky service do you have? Q/Stream/Glass?
What tier of Netflix do you have? Standard/Premium?

Where are you accessing the Netflix app from? A Sky device? Have you tried the Netflix app on a different device?

Re: Netlfix terrble tv picture

So it's a fairly new Samsung (2years) it's sky stream

if I by pass sky and use Netflix directly thru tv., picture is great!

I have been into settings and turned  stop judder on and that has no effect

oroblem is only when accessing Netflix thru sky stream

Netflix on my iPad is great also!

strange?

Which tier of Netflix do you have? If you pay for Premium then you can get HDR10+ from some 4K content but only when using your TV's Netflix app or a device which supports HDR10+. The Sky Stream puck does not support HDR10+.

When you use your TV's Netflix app it will automatically optimise the image quality to the best it can be. With Sky Stream, you're limited to HDR10 on 4K/HDR content from apps. As your Samsung TV doesn't support Dolby Vision you won't get that either.

It may be that you need to tweak the picture settings on your TV whilst playing some HDR10 content from Netflix - this should improve things but won't be as good as the HDR10+ you'll get from the app on your TV.
