Netflix

I had a Netflix account under someone's else's name. I have lost access. When I try to add Netflix to my Sky account via the Netflix app, I only get a blue screen. Help!! I want to watch the rest of seven dials 😊

@Carrie661 if you logged into Netflix on your Sky Stream puck, and that account belonged to someone else, what would have happened is that your Sky account was linked to that Netflix account. Whichever is the first Netflix account you login as on your puck will be the Netflix account that is linked to your Sky account. If you need to unlink your Sky and Netflix accounts, so you can link to a new Netflix account you will need to contact Netflix customer support as the unlinking has to take place from their end.
