Re: Netflix

Me too...I'm noe wondering if it is even possible to access netflix paid for as part of a sky subscription on devices other than those sky streams to i.e. my tv.  I know we can't access netflix and apps via sky go.   If not than having netflix as part of sky is pretty redundant as I'll need to subscribe separately to netflix so my daughter can watch on her devices.

Re: Netflix

Re: Netflix

When I do that, Netflix transfers me to a subscription sign up  page, like the op.

So the linking process between Sky and Netflix is fairly simple.

1) Open Netflix on your Sky Stream puck.

2) If you already have a netflix account, click log in, and sign in. This will send a message to Netflix to switch the billing over to Sky.

3) If you don't have an existing Netflix account then you need to click sign up and create one.

So that would point to your Sky account being linked to a different Netflix account.

Whichever is the FIRST Netflix account you log into on your Sky device will be linked to your Sky account.  Logging out of Netflix and back in to it will make no difference, so if you accidentally logged in using a different Netflix account the first time you opened the Netflix app then its linked your Sky account to that Netflix account.

Also if you were previously a Sky Q customer, you need to perform the relinking process as moving from Steam to Q, cancels your Q subscripton and as part of that process Netflix are informed of the cancellation so unlink the Netflix and Sky Q accounts.

Re: Netflix

@MarkGoldsmith  I did that weeks ago.  I've logged out and signed back on to netflix on the device with the puck, but netflix is still  prompting me to sign up when I attpt to log in on another device.  Thanks for taking the time to suggest a solution though.

So you haven't successfully linked your Netflix account to your Puck's Sky account?

That must be done before you can log onto Netflix on other devices😉

Re: Netflix

I've just added the netflix app to my firestick. When I opened it it asked me to either use a QR code or enter  a number at netflix.com/tv2. I used the second option and it worked.

Have you previously logged in to a different Netflix account on a Sky streaming device?
