Netflix!!

I pay for Netflix through sky. My account will not link at all. I have reset my puck and everything. I go to netflix and login and it tells me I need to pay! I don't know how to fix this. I have got in contact with Netflix and they told me I have to get in touch with sky but that online chat bot is rubbish, just sends me the page to activate Netflix. 

Has anyone got any advice or to help me please because I'm getting really stressed about it as being sent it circles.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes I have tried all this. I don't get any on screen instructions. I login and it tells me I need to update my payment method

Did you cancel with Netflix, or owe Netflix money for an existing subscription, prior to trying the sign-in on the Stream puck?

No I've still been paying for Netflix like an idiot but I've been in touch with them and said I'm not paying anymore because I've got a deal with sky and I should get it but it doesn't work
