I can't sign in as it keeps signing me in on someone else's

You will need to provide some more information. But Sky doesn't have anything to do with Netflix credentials. Sky takes over the billing when you first sign in, but other than that profiles and account is Netflix's responsibility.
If you are saying you are signing in with your username and password and then seeing some new profiles, it could be that you have been hacked. You will need to speak to Netflix as per the information on their support pages.
