I managed to get it sorted through the chat @Robbaugh
You may need to impersonate your Son during the chat (I impersonated my brother 🙄), as you are removing this device from your Son's account essentially.

I have read the thread which has some good information.
I was using my sisters account and have now logged out this on Sky Glass, but still cannot seem to log in to create account?
Have checked software and rebooted but still no success?
I paying £8 per month for Netflix through Sky but cannot access.
Any help and support is greatly appreciated 🙂

Have you also contacted Netflix, to inform them to unlink the Sky account. The first netflix account you log into on your Sky Glass will be linked to Sky. Just loging out of Netflix won't fix that, you need to contact Netflix and ask them to unlink the incorrect account which will mean the incorrect account will switch back to the previous billing mechanism and not be billed via Sky.
Once this is done you will be able to login to your Netflix account via Sky Glass and it should successfully link it.
