Netflix say I have no subscription

I pay for Netflix through sky. I logged out of Netflix and when logging back in after entering my email it said I have no subscription. Netflix chat no help they say no account linked to my email address

Hi @Klp 

 

You need to activate netflix with sky. This tells netflix that sky are handling the billing. You use your existing netflix account or you need to create one.
