Netflix on iPad

I had a direct Netflix account but it is now part of my Sky Stream package.
The Sky help-line said I just need to use my Sky login to start using Netflix on my iPad (it worked on the puck)

The iPad Netflix app doesn't recognise my Sky ID, I've also tried via the website.

If I create a new Netflix account using my Sky login I have to select a plan option starting at £5.99 but I pay via Sky!
Please help.

Your Sky login has nothing to do with your login credentials for Netflix.

The way it works is that you have a Sky account and a separate Netflix account, and these 2 accounts get linked. The linking process is what tells Netflix to not bill your Netflix account as the billing is being done by Sky.

This explains how it works: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

.
