Netflix on Sky Stream

Hi, I have Netflix included in my sky stream subscription but when I go onto the Netflix app through sky it asks me to enter my email whether I've got an account or not and every time it says sorry that's not worked please try again later or something along those lines. I have tried contacting Netflix but they have said to contact sky, so thought I would try here before contacting sky, thank you.
