Hi everyone. Basically, we've been having a number of issues over the past month, but finally set up and able to watch programs on Sky Stream. We have the Sky Stream Ultimate with Sky Cinema package. Since having our Sky Stream account "rebooted" due to an internal issue with Sky, when I come to setup the Netflix account it gives me the "Learn More" and "Login" options. The problem being, I haven't actually created a Netflix account yet OR linked it to our Sky Account for billing. I've contacted Netflix, who confirm they don't have an account with us yet, and I'm struggling to get a hold of anyone on the Sky Expert phone line. The Virtual Assistant is useless in this case. Any ideas?
