Hi,
I'm having exactly the same issue, I ordered 2 Sky Stream wholehome pucks and getting the same error.
I've tried resetting, rebooting, pairing through sky.com/activate and still just comes up No Subscription.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hey GD1 thanks for the reply.
Yes I went to My Sky on my phone and computer, both showing I've got Signature, wholehome plus Netflix.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Hi I am having the same issue and need help! I have 3 sky pucks and then a main one so I'm total I have 4. The last one we are setting up is saying we don't have a subscription when we do. On the sky app it is saying they have all been activated. What do I do ?
