Netflix is not loading

Everytime I select Netflix, it doesn't do anything. It was fine last night until half way through a programme it just went back to the home screen and I haven't been able to get back on there since. Is anyone else having an issue?

Have you tried rebooting the puck?

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Still not working on main one, but works on the bedroom one. Probably got something to do with Sky wanting me to renew my contract
