Netflix freezing
Hi, I was wondering if anyone is having issues with their Netflix freezing and what can be done to rectify this issue? I've went and refreshed my apps in the settings but it's still freezing. I've been having this issue now for quite some months and would really like it to be over with. Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Netflix freezing
Hi @Shelley2306 and welcome to the forum. From your post it appears that it is only Netflix which is freezing so have you tried going to the Netflix settings "Get Help" and select reload Netflix? This may help.
In the same menu you could also run the check network option. This will let you know the actual speed you are receiving at your puck.
The minimum speeds recommended by Sky are as follows:
HD = 25mbps
UHD = 30mbps
HD + 1 puck = 30mbps
UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
These figures assume you don't have other devices using the Wi-Fi bandwidth.
If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution
If it has helped please give it a "Like"

Re: Netflix freezing
You mention only Netflix freezing.
Are other apps and live TV running ok?
As above, run the Netflix speed test on the puck.
Launch Netflix on your pucks and scroll down from the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, over say a half hour period during tests.
What is your speed for each puck?
You could try the 'Reload Netflix' option under the left menu Get help section in Netflix.
That does some extra cache cleanup. You will probably need to log back into Netflix after doing so.
