Netflix changing subscription

Hello, would anyone be able to help me change my Netflix subscription to a different one ? I've tried online and through my tv Netflix and can't see anything obvious ?

If it's billed through Sky, you do it through MySky and Manage Content Packs. You can choose between, Standard with Ads, Standard No Ads or Premium.
