Netflix app wont load

The Netflix app on my stream puck NEVER works first time. I select it, it goes to a total black out screen and then... Nothing. I have to shut down the whole puck, reopen Sky and try again. I usually have to do this at least five times before Netflix will work, and then it works fine. It always works eventually, but it never works first time. None of the other apps do this, though often the puck itself will randomly stop working and claim it's not connected to the internet (when it is). I don't know if these issues are related. Any ideas? Anyone else had similar?

@Geth26
Sorry to hear that,  to check if it's an issue with your Sky Stream or Netflix follow these steps:
Check if your Sky Stream puck is connected via ethernet or wifi? If it's wifi make sure the Stream puck is recieving a strong wifi signal if it's not you may want to consider a booster. If it's connected to ethernet make sure all cables are firmly connected and that wifi is turned off under advanced in network settings.

Additionally, you can also try using Service Checker to see if there are any ongoing issues or outages with Streaming TV

If all else fails try a factory reset by following these steps:

    1. Turn your Sky Stream upside down.
    2. Unplug from the mains.
    3. Plug it back in.
    4. Hold your finger on the Standby button.
    5. Keep it held down for at least 30 seconds.
    6. The Red then Yellow lights will flash.
    7. You'll see the Sky logo and will need to set up your device again.

      If you're still having issues you can contact Netflix here or contact Sky here

      You can also refer to the following help page: Sky Help - TV Apps

      Hope this helps!

Re: Netflix app wont load

@Geth26   One other thing to try is to go to Settings (use your voice button or scroll down the Home page) select Restats & updates then Refresh apps.  Wait for it to automatically return you to the Home page then follow the same procedure but this time choose Restart device.  Again wait for it to return you to the Home page then they Netflux and see if that helps.
