Hi,
Got a new stream subscription with Netflix premium.
I currently have another netflix account which I would want to close... it's under a different email address.
How do I activate the sky one, I've had no login details or anything.....
All i want to do is transfer my profile from the old account to the new but without a login it's hard.
Or is there another way of doing it ?
Thanks.

Hi @DiscoDave77
See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
When you log into netflix it automatically tells netflix that Sky is taking over the billing. So you can either update your email address and then log in or set up a new account and use the netflix transfer tool.
