Thank you for the replies and input.
I discovered adjusting to non HDR on Prime and Netflix cures the issue.
All good for now.

You will need to provide more information. E.g. who is your ISP and what broadband speed do you get? Have you run a speed test in netflix? (Profile pic > get help > connectivity check) And what are the results? Does love tv work ok?

@saltyseadog01 Also ensure where your puck is positioned. It should stand alone with nothing touching it and at least 6 inches of space all around it. Also go to Settings, System management, Reset & apps and select App refresh. Wait until you are automatically returned to the Home Screen and see if that helps.
