Netflix and Prime freezing

Despite reset of the Sky puck I am unable to get a consistent service on Netflix or Prime I have done a reset maybe 4 times in the last week

Thank you for the replies and input. 

I discovered adjusting to non HDR on Prime and Netflix cures the issue.

All good for now.

Hi @saltyseadog01 

 

You will need to provide more information. E.g. who is your ISP and what broadband speed do you get? Have you run a speed test in netflix? (Profile pic > get help > connectivity check) And what are the results? Does love tv work ok?

@saltyseadog01   Also ensure where your puck is positioned.  It should stand alone with nothing touching it and at least 6 inches of space all around it.  Also go to Settings, System management, Reset & apps and select App refresh. Wait until you are automatically returned to the Home Screen and see if that helps.
