Netflix account

How do I confirm what email has been used for Netflix as I am unable to login to Netflix or reset the password or change the email?

Hi @Moiahmed Assuming you afre getting Netflix through your Sky subscription then it will be the same email address you have registered to your Sky account.

 

You can find this by going into your MySky account at www.Sky.com and clicking on the smal head & shoulders icon (top right of screen). Then select My Details & Account Information. If you can't access your MySky account for the same reason you can't access Netflix there ia an option to select "Forgotten email or username" on the sign in page.
