Hey everyone...
I have the Sky Stream service, and I'm struggling with adding Netflix...
(I have a netflix account, and can log into it on the puck)
I also have Netflix as a subscription on Sky
However, when I login to netflix on the puck, it says:
"To sign up for Netflix on this device, you'll need a Sky Plan. Visit sky.com/upgradenetflix"
The weblink is very unhelpful, so turning to you guys in the hope you can offer some guidance.

When you sign in to netflix on Sky it should tell netflix to stop billing you for that account. Do you have more than one account? Or have you logged in with another account?

If this is the the case you will need to contact netflix and ask them to unlink the account and sign in again.
