I am still being charged directly for Netflix despite it being included in my Sky stream package

Did you activate your existing Netflix account on your Stream puck?

The first time you login to the Netflix app on the puck, if you use your existing Netflix login details, billing should automatically transfer over to Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi been charged 12 £ from Netflix even though I am with sky and it's in my package
