Netflix Not Opening

About 3 weeks ago my netflix randomly stopped opening. If I click the app it says that it is currently unavailable please try again later. All of my other apps and my TV is totally fine.

I have called Customer services twice and received no real help - any suggestions would be appreciated

@LucyHildreth   You say customer services were not much help, but did they suggest trying certain things and if so what were they?

At the risk of repeating what they have said, have you tried unplugging power to your puck and giving it at least 30 seconds before plugging back in?  Also go into Settings, System management, Reset, and select App refresh.

You have not mentioned anything you have tried so far or what CS have asked you to do.

If you have not already, or worth suggest trying again, can you perform the following;

A settings restart of your Sky Stream box;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Apps refresh;

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
  2. Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. Note: An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.

Perform a restart of your broadband router/hub with your Sky Dtream puck in standby.
