Netflix Issue

Hi

ive got streaming puck and have Netflix as part of my plan but can't access it - all I get is a message 'to sign up for Netflix on this device you'll need a plan with Sky'

 

I tried updating app, restarting puck, then factory resetting puck all to no avail, still cannot access Netflix

 

sky cust services said known issue and it would work after a couple of weeks, but that is not the case 😞

 

pretty disappointed tbh

Hi @Linda190 

 

For clarity are you trying to sign up for a new netflix account or sign in with one? Signing in tells netflix to switch billing to sky.

 

Have you followed the steps here?
