Need to upgrade subscription even I have subscribed

I have already made 3 calls and my issue is not resolve. I subsribed to Sky Cinema and I can't watch anything on Sky Cinema. 

Called last Sunday and was told that it was relay to the related department. Received a text message on Monday informing it was resolve. 

I thought it maybe need more time, but I still can't watch sky cinema today. Called again and was told to refresh app on the setting. It didn't work. I even reset the puck.
