Need to understand what the Sky Stream box does on startup

Is there any information on how the Sky Stream powers up.

Currently I have a random problem where the folllowing can happen.

You hit the power on the remote control.

1)Y ou get the light on the puck flashing on and off for about 30 seconds then the TV goes to cannot find TV source . The only cure here appears to be turn it off, and power on until it works. This may take more than one attempt.

2) Blue screen with please wait. Stays this way until you hit the home key.

3) All works as designed.

This is not a wifi/ network issue. We are 900/900 fibre and no other device shows any issue. (Other devices include 4k apple tv, Windows and Mac laptops, etc.. No issue with DNS or latency. A range of bandwidth testing sites, including openreach confirm these numbers. We are using an eero 6 pro mesh network.

Any thoughts as to what the startup sequence is would help in trying to understand the problem.

Thanks in advance.

Appreciate the response, but standby is off and network standby is on.
