That is not a Sky Stream error message as it relies on a broadband connection, not a satellite or aerial signal. Are you sure you have selected the appropriate HDMI input on your TV?

There is no engineer booking service, all support is online or by phone to Sky CSs😉

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Alan125 As per @Padam_Padam No signal is your TV telling you the input you've selected doesn't have a source attached, have you cycled through all the HDMI inputs on your TV?
Sky would never send an egineer for this kind of problem as it is something a customer shpuld be easily able to resolve.
Also as per @Exiled-in-HH Sky Stream/Glass does not carry engineer appointments as the system is essentiually plug & play and many issues are normally user invoked.

Try a different HDMI lead and a known working HDMI input on your TV?
