I'm having the same problem, rang sky last Friday and they are aware of the problem. That's all I've had in regards to help. I've tried the app every day since and still not working

Thank you I was just the same I even had a couple of dodge email saying that they were discovery plus but with a suspect email address so somethings up if you notice when you click on some content to watch it click's to the same watch button then fails to work

It's not working for me either.
Switched to sky stream Thursday and all was fine come Friday says need to upgrade and contact my provider. Anyone know when It'll be fixed?

From reading other comments, I believe this has been going on since April.
