NEW TO SKY
I have recently received my new sky stream box that I ordered yesterday I am still waiting for my new broadband to be installed when will I be able to use my new sky steam as i have plugged it in and the sky logo just keeps coming on and then going off.

@Blaine1230 Do you have a broadband connection at present, if not you can't set up the puck as it needs a broadband connection.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
