I'm using a Sky Stream puck. Everything is working, except trying to replay programmes in the MyFive app. I can watch it on my phone with no problem, but all I get is a spinner if I try via the puck. Anyone have any ideas?

Try doing a restart of the puck from the restart option in settings;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Secondly, try an app refresh;
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

Thanks Lettice. I've done both of these already, with no improvement I'm afraid.
