So far since 5pm the sky puck has "broken" the signal 6 times
tjus keeps on happening snd is so frustrating

It's now , and has been for past month via a CAT6 Ethernet cable
i have tried rebooting.
I've changed cable around so end that was in puck was then in router
rebooted router
skdo still has voice sync issues

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GrandpaDave have you tried rebooting the puck by turning it off at the plug for 30 seconds?
If that doesn't stop it it sounds like it the puck's internet connectivity. How have you got it connected to the internet is it via WiFi or have you used a ethernet cable to plug it into the router?
