My sky streaming does not work

when I turn on my tv i only get my tv I don't get the usual box so i can scroll down and choose stuff thats on now

@Harvey22  That sounds like your TV is not selecting the correct HDMI input for Sky Stream, have you tried scrolling through the inputs using your TV remote?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
