Welcome to the board. Can you elaborate on what's happening please? Is it that the picture is freezing or moving around the menus is getting stuck?

Can you start by doing a speed test, and replying in this thread what speed you're getting please?

Open the Netflix app on Sky.
Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
Select Check Your Network.
Note the download speed displayed.
