Could you provide any more information? Is there an on-screen message?

Do you mean a Sky Glass TV or a Sky Stream Puck attached to a TV?

Hi @TRACK1 ,
Would you be able to provide more context about the issue?
Do you see any error messages? Does the device not turn on etc?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TRACK1 I'm not sure if you have a Glass TV or a Stream puck attached to a normal TV but either way the first thing to try is a reboot. Simply switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.
If that doesn't help them post back with more information as suggested by @Phxntomation and @A+JW

I had the same problem. Problem solved when I changed the batteries in the remote control !
