You will need to provide more information than stops working. What issue are you having? Is it a new puck? What's your broadband speed? Does it meet the minimum requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?

 

Remember we are fellow subscribers and not Sky, we have no information about your set up unless you tell us.
